Contributions granted in 2019

Here, we publish the lists of projects submitted by the third sector entities eligible for funding for the year 2019. Projects referring to this year were submitted by the provisions of the Criteria for the granting of contributions in force for the three-year period 2016-2018.

The publication of these data and their extraction in open tabular format are provided for in Article 26 of Legislative Decree No. 33/2013, which incorporates the provisions of Decree-Law No. 83/2012, converted by Law No. 134/2013.

According to the criteria for the granting of contributions 2016-2018 approved in the Unified Conference on June 9, 2016, the Department may provide:

▪  funding up to a maximum of 75% for projects related to the enhancement of operational capacity (means and equipment);
▪  funding up to a maximum of 95 % for projects related to improving the technical preparation of volunteers, disseminating civil protection culture through training and information to the population.

The Department provides the organizations with a first advance payment equal to 50% of the granted contribution and a possible second advance payment equal to a further 30% of the granted contribution. This second advance is granted upon the request of the proposing organization, which must send the fiscal documentation certifying the completion of 50% of the project to the Department through certified email. The remaining balance is granted upon the request of the proposing organization, which must send the final financial statement to the Department again by certified email, including the documentation certifying the expenditure sustained.
